● 样品种类: 固体组织，毛发，保存在保护剂里的样品等。获得的基因组 DNA 产量高、纯度好，可以直接应用PCR，高通量测序等各种分子生物学实验。

● 基因组 DNA 大小: 一般可回收到大于 50 kb 的基因组 DNA。如果样品中存在线粒体 DNA，病毒 DNA 等也会一起提取到。

● DNA 纯度: 获得的基因组 DNA 产量高、纯度好，可以直接用 PCR 等各种分子生物学实验。

一般情况 Abs260/230 ≥ 1.8。

● 基因组 DNA 产量: 每 50µl 磁珠最多可结合 10µg 基因组 DNA。
