产品特点：

● 可在 10 µl 的洗脱液中回收到超纯的 DNA，并且对于一系列下游的分子生物实验非常理想.

● 此过程与 TAE 或者 TBE 缓冲的凝胶是兼容的.

●切下范围在 50bp 到 23kb 之间的 DNA 回收率为 50%-95%. 并且不会发生像常在玻璃奶和基于阳粒子树脂过程中的 DNA 切变现象.

产品特性：
● DNA 纯度 – 在水中洗脱的高质量、纯化的 DNA 尤其适用于 DNA 测序， DNA 连接， 限制性内切酶消化， DNA 放射性标记等分子生物学实验。
● DNA 大小 –50 bp 到 23 kb 之间。
● DNA 回收率 –一般的，可在 10 µl 的水中洗脱出 5 µg 的 DNA。对于从 50bp 到 10kb 的 DNA，回收率为 70-90%，从 11kb 到 23kb 的 DNA，回收率为 50-70%
● 样品来源 –来自 PCR， 限制性内切酶消化， 质粒抽提， 激酶反应，等的 DNA 和在 TAE 或 TBE 缓冲的琼脂糖凝胶切片中的 DNA。
