● 可从 10ml 以内的血清/血浆，1ml 以内的羊水或脑脊液中提取到高纯度的游离 DNA。

● 获得的 DNA 产量高、纯度好，可以直接用于酶切、PCR、高通量测序等分子生物学实验。

特性:

● 样品种类: 血清，血浆，羊水和脑脊液（CSF）

● 处理的体积量: 血浆- 单次离心：最多 3ml 两次离心：最多 10ml

血清- 最多 10ml

羊水- 最多 1ml

脑脊液- 最多 1ml

● DNA 纯度: 获得的 DNA 产量高、纯度好，可以直接用于 qPCR 高通量测序等各种分子生物学实验。

● DNA 回收情况: 回收的 DNA≥100bp(本试剂盒针对无细胞的 DNA 提取经过优化)，总量根据不同的样品个体差异可能会比较大。一般从血清或血浆中提取到的 DNA 浓度在 1-100 ng/ml。

● 需要的仪器设备: 水浴锅或者金属浴（55℃）。微型离心机，负压多联器或立式离心机。

注意事项:

1.环境温度低时 SP 消化液或者 SP DNA 洗涤液 1 可能出现析出和沉淀，可以在 37℃水浴几分钟帮助重新溶解，恢复澄清透明后冷却到室温即可使用。

2.蛋白酶 K 及其保存液可常温运输。使用前需要添加 260µl 保存液到 TD350 里的蛋白酶 K 里，添加 1040µl 保存液到 TD351 里的蛋白酶 K 里。
