产品特点:

● 独有的显色反应，可以直接观察到细胞裂解中和的程度，极大方便操作者判断其状态。

● 快速、方便，不需要使用有毒的苯酚、氯仿等试剂，也不需要乙醇沉淀。获得的质粒 DNA 产量高、纯度好，

且内毒素含量极低(＜0.025EU/µg 质粒 DNA)。可以直接用于酶切、转化、PCR、体外转录、测序、转染、体

内细胞等各种敏感的分子生物学实验。

特性:

● DNA 纯度: 获得的质粒产量高、纯度好，可以直接用于酶切、转化、PCR、体外转录、测序等各种分子生物学实验。一般情况 Abs260/280 ≥ 1.8 ，Abs260/230 ≥ 2.0，内毒素含量小于 0.025EU/µg 。

● 质粒 DNA 产量: 每次可提取到约 1.2 mg ，主要依据质粒的拷贝数，培养物的成长环境等因素。

● 质粒 DNA 大小: 最高可达 200 kb。

● 洗脱体积: ≥ 200 µl。

● 操作温度: 室温 (15-30°C)。

● 操作时间：20 分钟

注意事项:

1. 环境温度低时溶液 P2 中 SDS 可能会析出沉淀，可在 37℃水浴加热几分钟，即可恢复澄清，不要剧烈摇晃，以免形成过量的泡沫。

2. 避免试剂长时间暴露于空气中产生挥发、氧化、pH 值变化，各溶液使用后应及时盖紧盖子。

3. 溶液P3和结合液中含有刺激性化合物，操作时要戴乳胶手套，避免沾染皮肤、眼睛和衣服。若沾染皮肤、眼睛时，要用大量清水或者生理盐水冲洗。

4. 提取质粒的量与细菌培养浓度、质粒拷贝数等因素有关。
