产品简介：
本产品 TRIcom reagent 是可即用的从细胞和组织中提取总 RNA 的试剂，在样品裂解或匀浆过程中，可保持RNA 完整性，同时裂解细胞，溶解细胞内含物。加入氯仿后，溶液分为水相和有机相，RNA 在水相中。取出水相，用异丙醇可沉淀回收 RNA；中间层用乙醇沉淀可回收 DNA；有机相用异丙醇沉淀可回收蛋白。


强调：

● 适用于从来源于人，动植物，酵母，细菌和病毒的液体样品和细胞或组织中提取总 RNA 的试剂。
●此产品仅供科研使用。


保存条件：

2–8℃ 避光保存9–12 个月
警告：本试剂有腐蚀性，请勿直接接触皮肤或吞咽；操作时请穿戴实验服、防护镜和手套；如果接触皮肤，应立即用洗涤剂和大量水冲洗；易燃。


注意事项：

匀浆后，加氯仿前，样品可在-70℃ 放置一个月以上；
RNA 沉淀可以保存在75%酒精中，2－8℃一个星期以上或-20℃一年以上。
