强调：
• 可在 10 分钟内快速从各种真菌细菌样品中提取到最多 50µg 总 RNA。

• 获得的 RNA 产量高、纯度好，可以直接用于酶切、PCR、芯片，高通量测序等分子生物学实验。


特性:

• 样品：可有效的从 50-100mg（湿重）以内的真菌或者细菌中提取到 RNA。等同于大约 109 细菌细胞或者 108酵母细胞。
• RNA 纯度: 获得的 RNA 产量高、纯度好，(A260/A280 > 1.8, A260/A230 > 1.8) 可以直接用 PCR，高通量测序等各种分子生物学实验。回收的 RNA 里可能会有微量的 DNA 残留，如要完全去除可用 DNase I 采用柱上消化方法。
• 操作时间：10 分钟。
• 操作温度: 室温 (15-30°C)。
• 需要的设备：台式离心机，涡旋仪或者细胞破碎仪。


注意事项:

1.避免试剂长时间暴露于空气中产生挥发、氧化、pH 值变化，各溶液使用后应及时盖紧盖子。
