强调：
● 适用于从全血或血液样品沉淀的细胞中提取总 RNA（含 microRNA）。
● 兼容各种抗凝剂的血液（EDTA,肝素，柠檬酸等）。
● 无 DNA 的 RNA 可应用于各种下游实验。（需使用 DNase I）

● 试剂盒内提供的 DNA/RNA 保护剂 可有效防止 RNA 降解并且可常温运输血液样品。


特性:

1. 样品来源：1ml以内的全血（新鲜或者保存在DNA/RNA保护剂中的血液），血清或者血浆，同时也可提取血液细胞沉淀（PBMC,WBC,血黄层）。
2. 样品保存：DNA/RNA保护剂可有效裂解细胞，灭活核酸酶和各种病毒，对于常温下安全运输样品是最佳方案。
3. RNA大小：≥17核苷酸。
4. RNA纯度：高质量的RNA可应用于高通量测序等敏感的下游实验，需配合试剂盒内的DNase I来完全去除DNA。
5. RNA回收率：可从1ml血液中回收到2-10μg的RNA.（根据个体和物种的区别会有所不同）。
6. 所需设备：台式离心机和涡旋仪。
