强调：
● 可从固体组织，生物体液，细胞，头发等复杂来源的样品中提取到高纯度的基因组 DNA。

● 获得的基因组 DNA 产量高、纯度好，可以直接用于酶切、PCR、高通量测序等敏感的分子生物学实验。


特性:
● 样品种类: 固体组织，全血，细胞，毛发，保存在保护剂里的样品等。获得的基因组 DNA 产量高、纯度好，
可以直接用 PCR 等各种分子生物学实验。
不推荐使用此试剂盒提取小 DNA 或者游离 DNA(可使用 TD476 产品)
● 基因组 DNA 大小: 一般可回收到大于 50 kb 的基因组 DNA。如果样品中存在线粒体 DNA，病毒 DNA 等也会
一起提取到。
● DNA 纯度: 获得的基因组 DNA 产量高、纯度好， 可以直接用 PCR 等各种分子生物学实验。
一般情况 Abs260/280 ≥ 1.8 Abs260/230 ≥ 2.0。
● 基因组 DNA 产量: 针对哺乳动物组织可从每 mg 的心脏，脑组织中提取到 1-3µg DNA。每 mg 的肝，肾，肺组
织中提取到 3-5 µg DNA。100µl 全血中回收到 3µg 以上的基因组 DNA。
● 需要的仪器设备: 水浴锅或者金属浴（55℃）。微型离心机，涡旋仪。
