强调：
● 可在 15 分钟内快速从真菌，细菌等样品中提取到微生物的基因组 DNA。
● 获得的基因组 DNA 产量高、纯度好，可以直接用于酶切、PCR、测序等分子生物学实验。
● 无需使用有机变性剂和蛋白酶 K。

● 此产品仅供科研使用。


特性:

● 样品：可有效的从 50-100mg（湿重）以内的真菌或者细菌中提取到 DNA。等同于大约 109细菌细胞或者 108酵母细胞。
● DNA 纯度: 获得的基因组 DNA 产量高、纯度好， 可以直接用 PCR，高通量测序等各种分子生物学实验。
● 基因组 DNA 大小: 一般经过震荡后，可回收到 40 kb 大小左右的基因组 DNA。如果样品中含有病毒 DNA 或者线粒体 DNA 的化也会一起回收到。
● 基因组 DNA 回收情况: 可从 100µl （最少 35µl）洗脱液中可回收到 25µg 左右的基因组 DNA。
● 操作温度: 室温 (15-30°C)。


注意事项:

1.环境温度低时基因组 DNA 裂解液或者基因组 DNA 洗涤液 1 可能出现析出和沉淀，可以在 37℃水浴几分钟帮助重新溶解，恢复澄清透明后冷却到室温即可使用。
2.避免试剂长时间暴露于空气中产生挥发、氧化、pH 值变化，各溶液使用后应及时盖紧盖子。
